Meditation
Meditation is a state of the body where a person relaxes completely on physical, as well as on emotional and mental level. He/she releases the accumulated pressure and the negative energies and charges with vitality. An Eastern wisdom says: "Relaxation is life, pressure is death." Have we thought about why children who often fall, brake their bones much more rarely than adults? It is not only because the bones of the child are not so easy to break compared to the bones of an adult. The main explanation is that children are relaxed and adults cannot relax. They constantly have work, they are always tense and must take better care of themselves. Through meditation we discover a completely new image of life. When thoughts become calm, the inner harmony grows. A sense of relief and inner confidence emerges .Without meditation it is impossible to guide the mind in the Supreme Consciousness. It is advisable for people without experience in meditation to look in the beginning for a good teacher who would introduce them to this ancient knowledge.
